Jewels and gemstones have always been very private personal belongings.

The orders for our services and the data of our customers are handled very confidentially and safely. The data indicated in the order forms, receipts and invoices are stored separately from the data of the jewels and gemstones.

The certificates and records are filed and stored exclusively on the basis of their registration numbers for 10 years. Based on these numbers we can check the authenticity of the certificates and their possible misuse.

How to forward your jewels and gemstones to our laboratory?

  • Personally, by appointment
  • Through your jeweler
  • Through your goldsmith or jewel manufacturer
